形態特徵

Stems long creeping, much branched.
Leaves obovate to spatulate, 1.5–5 cm long, 0.8–2.3 cm wide, apex rounded or obtuse, base cuneate, usually sharply toothed above middle, densely appressed hairy on both surfaces.
Inflorescence solitary, globose-capitate at first, elongating in age, densely flowered; peduncle slender, elongate, to 8 cm long, densely appressed hairy; bracteoles broadly ovate, ca. 3 mm long, 2 mm wide, appressed hairy outside, apex mucronate. Flowers white, turning pink or purple; calyx ca. 1.5 mm long, hyaline, laterally compressed, keel slightly appressed hairy outside; corolla ca. 3 mm long, slightly appressed hairy on tube tip outside.
Fruit dry, ca. 2 mm long, separating into 2 nutlets.

台灣 : in somewhat moist, sandy places throughout the island.
